You control your data. This page explains how to exercise each choice and what to expect.

Get a copy of your data
Email support@kignit.online from the email address on your Kignit account and ask for a data export. We will send the account information, analysis records, and subscription records linked to your account. Remember that your learning progress is stored only on your device, so it is not part of a server export; it is already in your hands.
Correct your information
The server-side account data we hold is minimal: your email address and an optional display name. To correct either, email support@kignit.online from your account email and tell us what to change.

How we verify identity
We act only on requests we can attribute to the account. Send the request from the email address registered on the account, or, if you signed in with Apple or Google, from the email associated with that sign-in. If a request arrives from a different address, we will ask you to confirm from the account address before acting. We do not ask for your password, and we never need it for verification.
Deleting locally stored audio
Removing a song's audio inside the app deletes the copy in the app's private storage on that device. It does not touch our servers, because the audio is not on them: uploaded audio is deleted right after analysis. If your device backup (for example iCloud) included the file, that backup copy is governed by your backup settings with Apple.
What we may need to keep
If the law requires us to keep specific records (for example, records of a purchase), we keep only what is required, for as long as required, and continue to protect it. We will tell you in our response if anything cannot be deleted and why.
